I'm 71 and having some mobility set backs. I just purchased this scooter to enable me to ride along side my grandchildren on their walks and bike rides. I'm impressed by the quality of workmanship of the scooter. Two complaints: a) the manual could be vastly improved b) the first scooter I received made a loud alarm sound when I powered it up. Amazon product support watched videos to help me find a way to to disengage the blaring sound but in the end, they decided to replace it with another scooter...which arrived two days later and appears to be without defect.

After several days of usage, I can say "I Love This Scooter!" I had one problem with the seat post, but Emma from the company was on top of it immediately and was able to find a satisfactory resolution.

Problems happen, how a company deals with them says everything.

I have no qualms about ordering again. In fact in a year or so I will review what new products they have and order something new. ***LOVE THIS SCOOTER***

UPDATE (2022-03-02): I wish to offer my Sincere thanks to Becky with the vendor URBANPRO. I have a few issues come up over the last year. Each time Becky has responded immediately and professionally. Always helps me solve the issue I was having. Thank you Becky......Still enjoying scooter!
